RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days, if the product does not affect the sale, you can contact customer service to return and exchange the goods, and the resulting freight will be borne by you; If the goods you receive is defective, please do not use it, contact our customer service as soon as possible.

【Tips】

Customized products (such as watch band engraving, voiceprint engraving products) do not support return or exchange. Do not bend and try on the leather strap, otherwise it will leave marks and affect the secondary sales; the opening of the bracelet can be fine-tuned, and avoid excessive force to avoid deformation or damage.

2. THE REFUND PROGRESS

If your return is approved, we will refund your money after your returned package arrives at our company's warehouse. Refunds for ordinary orders will be credited to your account within 5-10 working days.

3. WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty period of rorolove watches is 2 years from the date of purchase. If your product requires warranty, please contact customer service during the warranty period and send the product back to the appointed repair address. If one of the following situations occurs, it is not covered by the warranty. We can provide you with professional maintenance services at a reasonable cost.
The limited warranty does not cover the following points: Normal wear, aging or man-made damage of batteries, metal straps, textured straps, chain straps or quartz crystals.
Due to accident, improper use or improper operation of watch parts or any accessories. Damage caused by non-compliance with the instruction manual provided with the watch, except the defects in the watch parts or manufacturing process. Water enters, unless there is a corresponding waterproof mark on the watch. Damage occurs after the warranty expires.
